We are a heated (not hot) yoga studio!
Unlike many heated yoga studios, at Better Buzz, you will experience FAR infrared heating panels. These panels heat like the sun, warming your body from within and providing a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals and pollutants from the body, providing significant benefits.
FAR infrared heat promotes a stronger immune system, better cardiovascular health, and it also speeds up the healing process in soft tissue injuries such as tears, pulls, and sprains. The penetrating heat of FAR infrared heat therapy helps heal scars, wounds, and cuts, it also smoothes skin’s texture, lessens coarseness, and reduces pore size.
Infrared heat penetrates the skin and gets into the cells. This type of heat rejuvenates and detoxifies the body on a cellular level. We use this particular type of heating system specifically to benefit the health of our students.

This intense, sweaty experience (92-96°F) delivers a true challenge and promotes full-body detoxification. It is designed for those prepared for deep heat or prior experience with hot yoga.

What is the best option for me if I want to check out your studio as a new student?
Our best introductory offer is the New Student Special: 30 days of unlimited yoga for just $30! This is the ideal way to explore our variety of class styles and meet our teachers.
How should I prepare for a class with heat?
Hydration is key! Please drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your class. We also recommend avoiding large meals 1 to 2 hours before practice.
What do I need to bring for classes?
Wear light, moisture-wicking clothing, and bring your own reusable bottle for our water refill station. You won't need to bring much else! We provide complimentary hand towels, and all equipment is available for you to borrow for free ncluding mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and sandbags.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we do! We have a small number of designated studio parking spots. Additionally, there is always plenty of free street parking available right in front of our studio.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This gives us time to check you in, give you a quick tour, and get you settled comfortably.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before the class starts. We do not charge late cancellation or no-show fees. This simple notice allows waitlisted students to attend and ensures fairness for everyone who wants to practice.
Do I have to commit to a certain timeframe for membership?
No commitment is required for membership! We are also happy to pause your membership for extended vacations, injuries, or parental leave.
