Props are not shortcuts — they are tools for insight. When used intentionally, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and sandbags help refine alignment, create space in the body, and provide support that allows you to build strength, prevent injury, and practice in a way that is sustainable and deeply personal.
We’ll move through a thoughtful vinyasa sequence, experimenting with different prop variations to improve mechanics, increase stability, and create clearer sensation in familiar shapes. The workshop will close with a supported yin and restorative segment, allowing the props to fully hold you so you can soften, release, and feel the power of intentional support.
