Join Ashleigh for a 90-minute Yin Yoga practice designed to align with the energy of Autumn, a season of slowing down, turning inward, and releasing what no longer serves us.
As the days grow shorter and nature begins its first big sigh out, we’re surrounded by signs of transition and release. Through a slow, nourishing practice, we’ll explore these seasonal qualities and consider what they may be inviting us to notice, process, and let go of. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this seasonal Yin practice will focus on the Lung & Large Intestine meridians, associated with Fall. Through spacious time in each Yin posture, we’ll create room for reflection, emotional release, and greater inner balance.
Open to all levels, expect a peaceful, softly lit practice supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets, and sandbags. Come cozy, slow down, turn inward, and make space for what’s next.
Please bring a notebook and pen for journaling. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and sandbags are provided but you're welcome to bring personal props or comfort items like an eye pillow or additional layers (socks or a sweater) to stay cozy during practice.
