Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of the heart — a practice of devotion that deepens our connection to self and opens us to something greater. In this special class, Bhakti elements are woven into a Power Vinyasa flow, blending heart-centered intention with dynamic movement for a soulful, embodied experience.
Expect mindful flow, moments of reflection, and guided chanting (no experience necessary). We’ll move the body, open the heart, and close with a Bhakti practice including meditation, storytelling, and led chants accompanied by harmonium — creating space for connection, expression, and presence.
